Джураев Хасан Каримович

I had a terrible experience during my visit to Dr. Hasan Juraev on 3 October 2026 at Doctor Hasan Medical Center’s Sebzar branch. My initial conversation with the doctor lasted approximately 5–10 minutes, but I spent roughly 1.5 hours at the clinic overall. There was considerable waiting and poor communication about the next steps. Additional ultrasound/testing was recommended at substantial additional cost, but I did not feel the pricing or process had been clearly explained beforehand. After I raised my concerns, I was called back into the doctor’s room and a translator joined the discussion. Dr. Juraev used a Zhiguli/Porsche comparison when discussing price and quality. I personally found this strange and condescending. I requested a refund. After some discussion, the clinic returned the full 300,000 UZS consultation fee in cash. I appreciate the refund, but the communication and overall experience were deeply disappointing. I would not return.
